We were the tired owner first.
Pillar started with a gym owner, eleven monthly software bills of a few hundred to two thousand ringgit each, and a hard truth: none of it was ever his.

Pillar started with a tired business owner. Our founder ran his gym on rented software. At the worst point it was eleven monthly subscriptions, from a few hundred to over two thousand ringgit a month. He switched one after another, hoping the next one would fix it.
It never did. Too many buttons, and never the one he needed. Anything that mattered could not be changed. Every record still had to be copied into Google Sheets by hand. His customer list sat with someone else, and he could not take it with him. The website went untouched for years because changing it was a headache. Even being found on Google was rented: stop paying and it all disappeared.

So he stopped renting and built his own. Fitcom Fitness, his gym in Melaka and Seremban, now runs on it. Pillar is what came out of that. We build for other business owners the way we wished someone had built for us.

So we built everything the other way round.
After paying for tool after tool, we knew exactly what we wanted instead.

We are comparing renting with owning, not any particular company. Plenty of rented tools are good. They are just never yours.

Two things we have seen with our own eyes. One AI-made system wiped out more than ten years of a company's records in one go. And a friend built his own after watching us for a while. It looked beautiful. Then we tried it, found problems within minutes, and discovered someone had already taken his business name and website address, possibly to scam people.
Your time is worth more on what you are already good at. Leave this part to people who do it every day.

We could teach you, and we are happy to share what we know. But we have watched owners learn it the hard way and put their business at risk. So we would rather build it properly for you.
We charge a fair, fixed price, build it well, and hand it over with everything in your name. On handover day we show you how to run it and make small changes yourself with AI, if you want to. If you would rather not, keep our monthly care and just message us.

Who exactly is Pillar?
A small team in Melaka, started by a gym owner. We build the website and the system your business runs on, hand it all over in your name, and stay on to look after it only if you want us to. We help business owners across Malaysia.
What do I actually get to keep?
Everything. Your website, your system, your website address, your customer list and every account we set up are in your name. There is no rent to keep using it. If you ever stop working with us, it keeps running.
Isn't a monthly subscription cheaper?
In the first month, often yes. The cost comes later: a fee for every staff that grows as you grow, things you cannot change, and a customer list you cannot take with you. We build it once, it is yours, and the only monthly cost is care you choose to keep.
Can I change things myself later?
Yes. You can ask an AI tool in plain words to make small changes, and we show you how on handover day. Many owners prefer to keep our monthly care and send us the change instead. Both work.
What does monthly care cover?
We keep your website and system running, safe and up to date, and handle small changes for you. The first three months are included. After that it is your choice, and you can stop with 30 days notice.
Do you run courses on AI?
We build. On handover day we teach you to run and improve what we built, if you want to learn. Our focus is getting it working in your business, so you can spend your time on your customers.
